The Consortium - Danparcs Golf Resort Sohojlandet P/S, Gjern - 3xSkak A/S - 3xSkak Poland Sp. z o. o., Szczecin submitted an application for participating in the proceedings: "The choice of operator and the building design with obtaining a building permit for the construction of sports and recreational Aqua Park and associated facilities” on the premises of the former Gontynka in Szczecin. The Town Councill received 4 proposals. Selection will take place in a competitive dialogue.
